MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

-Article I: Member Registration-

1. Applicants must complete individual membership registration according to TOP WIN's enrollment procedures. 

2. Registered IDs and passwords are strictly for personal use and may not be transferred to others. 

 -Article II: Membership Information Updates-

Members must promptly update personal details (e.g., name, address) upon any changes. 

 -Article III: Member Information Protection-

1. All member information (including registration data) will be computerized and securely managed.

2. To fulfill service obligations, TOP WIN may share member information with authorized logistics partners. 

3. Member information will never be disclosed to third parties outside TOP WIN Group without explicit consent. 

-Article IV: Limitation of Liability-

1. TOP WIN bears no liability for losses arising from website use beyond the scope of the Sales Contract Terms. 

2. TOP WIN reserves the right to immediately remove content without prior notice if members: 

   a. Defame other members/third parties 

   b. Threaten national security 

   c. Disrupt public order or violate public morals 

   d. Harm national economic stability 

   e. Engage in illegal/criminal activities 

   f. Post unauthorized advertisements 

   g. Publish materially false information 

-Article V: Membership Termination-

TOP WIN may terminate membership immediately without notice if members: 

1. Provide false registration details 

2. Misuse or share IDs/passwords 

3. Disrupt website operations 

4. Use website resources for illegal acts 

5. Become unreachable via registered contacts 

6. Violate any site rules 

7. Additionally, TOP WIN reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion.

-Article VI: Membership Withdrawal-

Members must follow TOP WIN's official withdrawal procedures to cancel membership. 

 -Article VII: Amendment Policy-

TOP WIN may revise these Terms at any time. Members who object may withdraw, but all accrued points/benefits will be forfeited. 

-Article VIII: Governing Law- 

1. Members agree that TOP WIN may modify these Terms periodically to ensure service continuity. 

2. All disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by Hong Kong law. 

-Supplementary Provision-

Effective Date: These Terms come into force on 1 September 2025.
