RETURN POLICY

--Eligibility for Refunds--

 1.1. On-Sale Items: All discounted/on-sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items: All products provided by TOP WIN are not eligible for trial services. Once the packaging is opened, products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality defect.

1.3. Personal Damage & Improper Care: TOP WIN does not accept returns or refunds for damage caused by personal reasons (e.g., self-alteration of size, cleaning, long-term wear, or improper storage). Normal product wear and tear of goods are not eligible for returns or refunds.

1.4. Unauthorized Actions: Products damaged by unauthorized repairs, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or any actions compromising product quality are ineligible for return or refund. Products with torn/altered stickers, anti-counterfeit labels, or similar modifications cannot be returned or refunded.

1.5. Bundled Items: Items sold as gift sets, bundles, or packages cannot be partially returned or refunded. The entire set must be returned to be eligible for any possibility of refund.

--Return Process--

 2.1. Refund Request: For quality-related issues eligible for refund, please provide clear and visible photos or videos highlighting the problem. You can submit these documents via email or WhatsApp for review. If approved, the returned item must be securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging. Use sufficient packing materials and padding to prevent damage during transit. Note: TOP WIN does not cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for shipping fees and must provide proof of payment.

2.2. Verification & Refund Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, TOP WIN will inspect it to verify the reported quality issue. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase or via bank transfer.

--Additional Terms--

3.1. Product Warranty: Products are covered by the original brand’s warranty. Some brands do not offer free first-year warranty; need to follow the paid warranty terms and price lists.

3.2. Product Description: Photos and information provided on the website are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary due to lighting conditions, monitor color settings, or other factors. The product shall be subject to the physical item.

3.3. Return Shipping Liability: Any damage or loss during return shipping regardless of the reason is the buyer's responsibility. TOP WIN bears no liability for compensation or refund in such cases. Buyers bear all return shipping costs unrelated to quality issues.

3.4. Non-Warranty Coverage:Includes damage from misuse, negligence, natural disasters, failure to follow product instructions, water damage to non-waterproof watches, abnormal wear/tear, or impact damage. Also includes loss of purchase invoice, tampered invoices, or invoices missing purchase dates/product serial numbers.

--Return Requirements--

4.1. Complete Return Package: To process a return, please make sure that you retain the original brand packaging box/bag, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and the invoice/delivery note (if applicable). Failure to include these items or returning damaged/missing packaging may result in the inability to process your return, even if you fulfill the return criteria. 

Important: Items or gifts must be returned unused and undamaged. Returns with used or damaged items/gifts will be rejected.
