i. SF Express Delivery
Free shipping for orders over HKD 800.
Delivery fee: $30 (covers commercial areas/SF Express Stations/SF Locker/residential addresses).
Items will be dispatched within 72 hours after purchase. Delivery typically takes up to 72 hours after dispatch.
Specific delivery dates or time slots cannot be requested for delivery items.
Customers must provide accurate personal details and shipping address during purchase to facilitate delivery arrangements.
ii. Pick Up at "Top Win" Office
Redemption period: Within 3-14 days after purchase.
